The best energy gel for long hikes, I just wish they had small packages so I can use on my long runs sections,
The best teste amount all gels I tried to so far, hands down, feels n teste like those jellos that I used to eat when I was kid, by the way the green apple is the best one. Just get it !!!

First review

Wasn't ready for the first drink though it had spoiled or something it was like drinking apple sauce pulp through a straw. Taste was good didn't really feel any kind of energy boost but my mtn. Bike ride was more miles more elevation more effort without the jitters of a pre-workout
