Once you select checkout and process your order on chargel.com, all sales are final. We are not able to offer returns or exchanges.

The only exception are items that have been damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Based on the situation, the items can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item. Verification of the manufacturing defect may be requested to issue a refund. We deal with returns on a per customer basis, so please contact our customer service regarding this matter.
