Our Commitment to Accessibility
Chargel is working to make our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to find what they need, learn about our products, complete transactions, and reach us for help.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the international standard for accessible web content, as the framework for this work, and we have engaged Accessible Web, Inc., an independent accessibility firm, to evaluate the site and guide the work of removing barriers. This is ongoing work. If something on the site does not work for you, we want to hear about it, and we will provide timely accommodations while we work to address the barrier you encountered.

What We're Doing
Our accessibility work is ongoing. It currently includes:
● An independent manual WCAG 2.2 Level AA audit of our site. Testing is done by trained specialists using a comprehensive testing process and assistive technologies, not by automated tools alone.
● A prioritized remediation plan. Issues are tracked, assigned to our team, and fixed in order of how much they affect people using the site.
● Independent retesting. Accessible Web verifies each fix against the original finding before it is marked resolved.
● Ongoing monitoring, so that accessibility problems introduced by new content or site changes are caught quickly.
● Accessibility review of new page templates and major redesigns before they go live.
● Training for our customer support team on responding to accessibility requests and arranging accommodations.

If any part of this site does not work for you, contact us, and we will give you the information or complete the transaction another way. That might mean reading content to you over the phone, sending it in a different format, or processing a request on your behalf. It helps if you can tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and which browser or assistive technology you we're using. None of that is required.
We want to hear how this site works for you, whether something got in your way or something worked well. Reports from users are one of the main ways we find problems, and knowing what already works tells us what to protect as the site changes.
