Shipping policy

Chargel’s fulfillment center is in Southern California and most orders arrive within 5-7 days. Shipments to some regions can take up to 7-10+ days depending on the time and date of your order and the destination of the package. Shipments to Hawaii may take longer. We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. 

Chargel is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages.  Chargel is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, UPS and/or another shipping carrier. Customer is responsible for filing all claims. In some cases, packages may be delayed from the estimated delivery date due to unforeseen shipping circumstances. 

*For any domestic order returned to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover or reimburse for shipping costs regarding a return/exchange.

Shipping charges are based on standard carrier rates. Chargel does not charge the customer anything additional for shipping.
