I start my mornings with a weight training regimen in the gym. After that, I hit the court for drills and practice.
I take a break, eat, and relax—maybe play a few video games. I then spend time reading.
Later in the day, I return to the gym to shoot. Evenings are for family time and resting before repeating it all again the next day.
