Chase Adams College Basketball Player

Meet Chase Adams

Chase Adams is a talented and dynamic point guard hailing from Chicago, IL, known for his exceptional talent and aggressive play on the basketball court.

In 2024, he proudly completed his bachelor's degree at Jackson State University, where he distinguished himself as the starting point guard for two consecutive seasons.

Throughout his college career, Chase demonstrated remarkable leadership, agility, and an innate ability to read the game, earning him accolades and a loyal support base.

I start my mornings with a weight training regimen in the gym. After that, I hit the court for drills and practice. I take a break, eat, and relax—maybe play a few video games. I then spend time reading. Later in the day, I return to the gym to shoot. Evenings are for family time and resting before repeating it all again the next day.

When I use Chargel, I find it to be most effective when taken before and throughout my workout. It provides an energy boost without a crash, which is key for me as I already have a lot of natural energy. It gives me that extra push when I need to complete a couple more reps.

During workouts specifically, I’ve noticed that when I need to mentally lock in and push through those last reps, Chargel gives me that small boost to get it done.

It’s unique in that it’s both a snack and a drink, similar to how fruit hydrates you while also being a snack. When I first tried Chargel I loved the resealable lid that it came with, as well as the gel-like texture which reminded me a lot of aloe vera, which I really enjoy. Chargel provides energy without making you jittery or overly full, which is a huge plus compared to traditional energy drinks or bars.

When I use Chargel outside of basketball, I usually enjoy it as a casual snack while chilling and watching TV. In the future, I see myself using it for travel, long days, or whenever I need a quick energy boost without a full meal.

Wake up earlier. A lot of young people today are too comfortable staying up late and spending time on their screens. it’s important to have a routine and stick to it.
Structure is key. Prioritize rest. If you know you need to be up at 6 AM, you should be in bed early enough to get proper rest. Stay disciplined. The habits you form early will dictate your success down the line.
